Die Lubricant Spraying System

Used for spraying die lubricant on hot forging dies. Safety of the forging press / hammer operators and lubricant spray operator is ensured.

Benefits of using spraying equipment:

• Ensures uniform spray of lubricant all over the die, especially in deep cavity and profile forging dies. Enhances metal flow.
• Correct quantity of hot forging die lubricant is sprayed. Wastage of lubricant is prevented.
• Prevents over-heating of forging dies as uniform spray of hot forging lubricant maintains correct temperature of forging die.
• Special design ensures prompt re-filling of hot forging lubricant, in less than 1 minute. Complete unscrewing of lid for lubricant re-filling is not necessary. This unique feature is not present in any other pressure feed type spraying equipments.

• Can be used in press forging, hammer forging, drop forging, friction screw press forging, counter blow hammer forging, double acting hammer forging and pneumatic hammer forging. This lubricant spraying equipment can also be used in die casting, plastic moulding, metal pressing and various other operations.
• Very economical compared to diaphragm pump type spraying systems. Ensures same level of productivity as diaphragm pump system at much lower cost.
• Avoids pollution and spillage of forging die lubricant on forge shop floor. Special design ensures no spillage while refilling.
